Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and property valuations using advanced financial modeling tools
- Develop investment strategies targeting luxury residential and commercial properties in NYC
- Prepare detailed acquisition reports highlighting ROI projections and risk assessment
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth clients
- Collaborate with legal and development teams on due diligence processes
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting NYC real estate
- Present investment opportunities to executive stakeholders and acquisition committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or property valuation
- Proven expertise in Manhattan market dynamics and luxury property trends
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with $10M+ transaction experience
- Exceptional presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Network of industry contacts (developers, brokers, investors)
