Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial performance of residential/commercial properties
- Create detailed investment models (DCF, cap rates, ROI projections)
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and development projects
- Present investment opportunities to executive stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Leverage PropTech tools for market intelligence and valuation
- Collaborate with acquisitions team on deal structuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 3+ years in real estate investment analysis or brokerage
- Expertise in financial modeling (Excel, Argus, Yardi)
- Active Florida Real Estate license required
- Strong understanding of South Florida market dynamics
- CFA designation or MBA preferred
- Proven track record of identifying profitable opportunities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
