Responsibilities
- Manage full transaction lifecycle for luxury residential properties ($1M+)
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and escrow agents for seamless closings
- Leverage proprietary digital marketing and staging resources
- Conduct comparative market analyses and strategic pricing consultations
- Mentor junior brokers through our structured training program
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in NYC luxury real estate sales
- Current NY State Real Estate license
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Extensive network of luxury property buyers/sellers
- Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Lone Wolf)
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation preferred
