Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ active luxury property listings ($5M+ average value)
- Develop and execute bespoke client acquisition strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, staging, financing)
- Leverage proprietary data analytics for market forecasting
- Represent clients in high-stakes commercial/residential negotiations
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through white-glove service
- Mentor junior brokers through formal training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury real estate sales experience
- NYC real estate license (Sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Proven $50M+ annual transaction volume track record
- Advanced proficiency in PropTech platforms (e.g., Compass, OJO)
- Strong network of HNW individuals and institutional investors
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Fluency in Mandarin, Russian, or Spanish a significant plus
