Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial feasibility studies for commercial/residential developments
- Build complex financial models (IRR, NPV, cash flow projections) for $10M+ properties
- Perform due diligence on acquisitions including zoning analysis and comps review
- Develop investor presentations and pitch decks for institutional capital partners
- Track market trends and regulatory changes affecting Florida real estate
- Collaborate with acquisitions team on deal structuring and negotiation strategy
- Lead post-acquisition performance monitoring and portfolio optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate investment or development
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record of closing $5M+ real estate transactions
- Strong network of institutional investors and development partners
- Expert knowledge of Florida real estate regulations and tax incentives
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex deals
- License: Florida Real Estate Broker (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
