Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our proprietary CRM and PropTech ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with MLS systems.
- Analyze market data and user behavior to drive strategic decisions regarding our digital tools and client portals.
- Train and mentor real estate agents on best practices for leveraging technology to close deals faster.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new software solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging PropTech trends to maintain Apex Horizon's competitive edge.
- Oversee the security and privacy of all client data in compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Technology (PropTech), Real Estate Operations, or a related IT field.
- Proven expertise with industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or Dotloop.
- Strong understanding of MLS (Multiple Listing Service) architecture and data feeds.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to improve workflow efficiency.
- Experience with CRM automation and workflow optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Real Estate preferred.
