Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial real estate investment opportunities across Manhattan's luxury and mixed-use sectors
- Build complex financial models (DCF, cap rate, IRR) for due diligence and valuation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging investment trends
- Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda for executive and investor presentations
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, property developers, and capital partners
- Lead property tours and valuation assessments for high-net-worth clients
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA or CCIM preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Expertise in Manhattan property markets and zoning regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record in multi-million dollar property transactions
- Strong negotiation skills with institutional investors and developers
- Professional certification (CFA, FRM, or CRE) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
