Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and ROI projections for commercial real estate assets
- Develop comprehensive financial models and investment memorandums using Excel and Argus software
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions including zoning reviews and feasibility studies
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to structure complex financing deals
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting Texas real estate markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Argus software
- Proven track record of successful property valuation and due diligence
- Strong understanding of Austin/Texas real estate market dynamics
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex data
- Experience with market research platforms like CoStar or REIS
