Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial modeling to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities to ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and community leaders.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure projects meet LEED certification standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or investment banking.
- Deep understanding of local San Francisco zoning regulations and the permitting process.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis software (Excel, Argus) and project management tools (MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
