Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and maintain a robust network of potential buyers and sellers through networking, cold calling, and community engagement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth comparative market analysis (CMA) to provide accurate property valuations and investment advice.
- Property Marketing: Create compelling listing presentations and manage professional photography/virtual tours for all properties.
- Negotiation: Leverage market knowledge to negotiate favorable terms and close deals with minimal friction.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire closing process, coordinating with escrow, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a seamless experience.
- Brand Building: Establish a personal brand presence on social media and professional networks.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California Real Estate License (active and in good standing).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
