Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle real estate transactions, from lead generation and prospecting to closing and post-closing support.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth clients through strategic networking and community engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, property valuations, and comparative market analyses (CMAs).
- Utilize CRM tools and proprietary platforms to manage client pipelines and track leads effectively.
- Represent clients in high-stakes negotiations, ensuring optimal contract terms and favorable outcomes.
- Host exclusive open houses and networking events to generate qualified leads.
- Mentor junior agents on sales techniques, market trends, and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate License (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in luxury residential sales (Manhattan/Brooklyn preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Proficiency with MLS systems, Zillow, Redfin, and advanced CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss).
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for property showings.
