Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing for high-value clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW individuals, investors, and corporate clients
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and property valuation using proprietary data tools
- Lead property tours, negotiations, and contract drafting with sophisticated clientele
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and design professionals to ensure seamless transactions
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team growth strategies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales (Manhattan preferred)
- Valid New York State Real Estate Broker license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Track record of closing $5M+ transactions annually
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to secure premium pricing
- Deep knowledge of NYC luxury property markets, neighborhoods, and regulations
