Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from valuation to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients and institutional investors
- Conduct competitive market analysis and pricing strategies
- Lead property tours and negotiation processes
- Collaborate with marketing teams on high-impact property campaigns
- Maintain compliance with NY real estate licensing regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience in NYC
- Valid NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- Exceptional negotiation and client management skills
- Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Lone Wolf)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred
