Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from valuation to closing
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and international investors
- Lead property tours, negotiations, and contract execution
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns for premium listings
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior brokers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Maintain CRM systems and client relationship databases
Qualifications
- 7+ years in high-end residential/commercial real estate sales
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual transaction volume
- NY State Real Estate Broker license (or equivalent)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages preferred
- Expert knowledge of Manhattan/Brooklyn luxury markets
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., LionDesk, Top Producer)
- Strong financial literacy and property valuation expertise
