Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive property listings in Manhattan's premium neighborhoods
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Lead complex transaction negotiations valuing $5M+
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and design partners
- Analyze market trends to inform pricing strategies
- Mentor junior agents on luxury sales techniques
- Create compelling property presentations and virtual tours
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-end residential real estate sales
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- NYC real estate license (Sponsorship available)
- Exceptional knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional network of luxury service providers
