- Lead property tours and negotiations with international clientele

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and legal teams
- Maintain CRM database with 95% client satisfaction metrics
- Mentor junior agents on luxury sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- Florida Real Estate Broker license (active)
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Expertise in waterfront and high-rise properties
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
