Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transaction process for luxury properties valued at $5M+
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for exclusive listings
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Analyze market trends to position properties competitively
- Lead virtual and physical property tours with sophisticated clientele
- Negotiate complex contracts and coordinate with legal/financial teams
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to business development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience in Manhattan
- Valid NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Proven track record closing $50M+ in transactions
- Expertise in digital marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Luxe, TopHap)
- Exceptional knowledge of NYC luxury market dynamics
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry connections
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, SRES) preferred
