Responsibilities
- Lead high-value residential transactions ($2M+) for ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Develop and execute luxury property marketing strategies using our proprietary digital platforms
- Negotiate complex co-op board approvals and international transaction structures
- Manage pipeline of 15+ exclusive listings with quarterly performance reviews
- Leverage international client network for cross-border investments
- Mentor junior agents while maintaining personal production targets
- Utilize AI-powered market analysis tools to identify emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales with minimum $50M annual volume
- Proven track record of closing 15+ transactions annually
- Extensive NYC co-op board relationship network
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Top Producer, LionDesk)
- International client portfolio with multi-currency transaction experience
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented premium sales records
