Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury real estate sales experience
- Proven track record with $10M+ transaction volume
- Florida Real Estate Broker license required
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Expert knowledge of Miami Beach luxury market
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
