Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions (listing, showing, negotiation, closing)
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis using proprietary data platforms
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns for premium properties ($5M+ average value)
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams for seamless transaction execution
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to firm growth initiatives
- Stay current with NYC zoning laws and luxury market trends
Qualifications
- 7+ years proven luxury real estate sales experience in NYC
- Record of closing 10+ high-value transactions annually
- Valid NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Expertise in Manhattan's premium neighborhoods (Tribeca, SoHo, UES, UWS)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented $50M+ deal experience
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Top Producer, LionDesk)
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or CCIM) preferred
