Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions for luxury residential properties ($1M+)
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct market analysis and competitive pricing strategies for premium properties
- Lead property showings and virtual tours with sophisticated clientele
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and design professionals for seamless transactions
- Leverage proprietary CRM system to track leads and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in high-end residential real estate sales
- Valid New York State Real Estate License
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in luxury market analytics and valuation
- Strong network of affluent client connections
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools
