Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and execute personalized client acquisition strategies for high-net-worth individuals
- Conduct competitive market analysis and property valuation using proprietary data tools
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and contractors to ensure seamless transactions
- Mentor junior agents through our industry-leading training program
- Host exclusive property showcases and networking events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven luxury real estate sales experience
- Valid Florida Real Estate License (Sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Track record of $10M+ annual transaction volume
- Expertise in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Top Producer)
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Professional designation (e.g., CRS, CIPS, or SRES) preferred
