Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transaction process for luxury properties valued at $2M+
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive property valuations
- Lead property marketing campaigns across digital platforms and exclusive networks
- Negotiate complex contracts and closing strategies for premium properties
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team growth initiatives
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and pipeline management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven luxury real estate sales experience in NYC
- Valid NY State Real Estate License (Sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Track record of $15M+ annual sales volume
- Expertise in Manhattan's luxury property markets (Upper East Side, Tribeca, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Top Producer)
- Professional network with attorneys, architects, and high-net-worth individuals
