Responsibilities
- Manage $10M+ property portfolios for UHNW clients in NYC's luxury market
- Execute high-stakes negotiations with 7-figure transactions
- Develop strategic marketing plans utilizing VR tours, drone photography, and targeted digital campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with developers, investors, and international clients
- Lead luxury property showings and exclusive open house events
- Analyze market trends to position properties competitively
- Maintain compliance with NY real estate regulations and ethical standards
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to firm growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years licensed real estate experience in NYC market
- Proven $5M+ annual sales volume track record
- Exclusive luxury property portfolio or high-end client base
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex transaction experience
- Expertise in Manhattan luxury neighborhoods (Tribeca, Upper East Side, etc.)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Top Producer, LionDesk) and digital marketing
- NY State Broker's License designation
- Fluency in additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) preferred
