- Manage high-value residential and commercial properties ($5M+)
- Cultivate relationships with HNW individuals and celebrity clients
- Coordinate property showings, negotiations, and closing processes
- Analyze market trends and property valuations for strategic pricing
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns for luxury listings
- Mentor junior agents and lead property tours
- Maintain comprehensive client relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury real estate sales experience
- Valid California Real Estate Broker license
- Proven track record with $10M+ transaction volume
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills and Westside markets
