Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive property listings in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Holmby Hills
- Conduct luxury market analysis and competitive pricing strategies
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and legal teams for complex transactions
- Host private client viewings and virtual property showcases
- Negotiate multi-million dollar contracts with international clientele
- Develop and maintain relationships with celebrity and investor networks
- Leverage proprietary CRM for client portfolio management
Qualifications
- 5+ years as licensed real estate broker in California (DRE # required)
- $50M+ total sales volume in luxury residential properties
- Proven track record with $5M+ transaction experience
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in luxury property marketing ( Matterport, virtual staging)
- Strong network of HNW individuals and institutional buyers
- Advanced knowledge of LA zoning laws and luxury tax implications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spanish beneficial)
