Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($5M+ average price point)
- Cultivate relationships with HNW investors and international clients
- Conduct comparative market analysis using proprietary data tools
- Coordinate with legal, architectural, and staging partners
- Develop personalized property portfolios for high-profile clients
- Lead luxury property launches and exclusive preview events
- Maintain 100% client satisfaction with post-transaction concierge services
Qualifications
- 7+ years of luxury real estate sales experience
- Proven $10M+ annual sales volume for 3 consecutive years
- NYC Real Estate Broker license (required)
- Fluency in English and one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with closed transaction records
- Advanced knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and zoning laws
- Strong network of affluent clientele and industry professionals
- Certification in luxury property marketing (e.g., CIPS, CLHMS)
