Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a robust portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service from initial consultation to closing.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and property valuations to advise clients on investment strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, including high-quality photography, virtual tours, and social media campaigns.
- Negotiate complex contracts and oversee all transaction details to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with legal, escrow, and lending professionals to facilitate smooth closings.

Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate Broker License in the state of California.
