Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience in NYC
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- NY State Real Estate Broker license (required)
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Top Producer, LionDesk)
- Strong network of HNW contacts and industry connections
- Professional certifications (CRS, SRES) preferred
