Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($5M+ valuations)
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients, celebrities, and investors
- Lead luxury property showings and private viewings in exclusive communities
- Execute sophisticated negotiation strategies for complex deals
- Collaborate with marketing team to create bespoke property presentations
- Analyze luxury market trends and advise clients on portfolio diversification
- Coordinate with international partners for cross-border transactions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of luxury real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- Current California Real Estate Broker license
- Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel-Air markets
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Spanish (preferred)
- Membership in luxury networks (e.g., Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and property valuation software
