Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive luxury property listings and coordinate showings with high-net-worth clients
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for premium properties using virtual tours and digital campaigns
- Conduct competitive market analysis and prepare comprehensive property valuation reports
- Lead complex negotiation processes for residential and commercial transactions
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team growth strategies
- Maintain relationships with attorneys, developers, and financial institutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in luxury real estate with proven $1M+ transaction history
- Current NY State Real Estate Broker license (S-41 required)
- Exceptional knowledge of Manhattan's luxury market and zoning regulations
- Advanced proficiency in real estate CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Top Producer)
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry connections
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHS) designation preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
