Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions for high-value clients ($2M+ average sale price)
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for exclusive properties using virtual staging and drone photography
- Conduct comparative market analyses and property valuations in premium markets
- Build and maintain relationships with affluent clients, architects, and developers
- Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal teams, escrow officers, and contractors
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to brokerage growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate experience with proven $10M+ annual sales volume
- Active California Real Estate Broker license (S# required)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with track record of premium property closures
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Top Producer, Chime)
- International clientele experience and multilingual communication ability
- Strong social media presence and personal brand in luxury markets
- Professional certifications (CRS, CIPS, or SRES) preferred
