Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from valuation to closing
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive pricing strategies
- Lead property tours, negotiations, and contract execution
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and design teams for seamless transactions
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of luxury residential real estate experience in NYC
- Proven track record with $5M+ property transactions
- Valid NY State Real Estate License
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and luxury market trends
- Strong financial literacy and contract expertise
