Your Mission
As a Senior Broker, you will represent the apex of our brand, ensuring every client transaction is executed with precision, integrity, and luxury.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate transactions, from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to advise clients on pricing, investment opportunities, and property valuation.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, including lenders, attorneys, and contractors.
- Represent the company at high-profile open houses, networking events, and community gatherings.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, including high-quality photography and virtual tours.
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to the training department.
Qualifications
- Active and in-good-standing Real Estate License in the State of New York.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential sales or commercial brokerage.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (minimum $2M in annual sales volume).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of contract law and regulations.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for property showings.
