Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transactions for luxury residential and commercial properties valued at $5M+
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients
- Execute data-driven pricing strategies using proprietary market analytics tools
- Coordinate with legal teams, architects, and contractors for property renovations
- Leverage CRM systems to track leads and maintain client pipelines
- Present properties through immersive virtual tours and curated open houses
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven luxury real estate sales experience in Manhattan
- Valid New York State Real Estate Salesperson license (Broker license preferred)
- Track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Luxe, Lone Wolf)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented multi-million dollar deal closures
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan's micro-neighborhoods and market trends
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, SRES) highly valued
- Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin, Spanish, or Russian) required
