Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive client portfolios with properties valued $5M+
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns leveraging VR tours and digital staging
- Lead luxury property viewings and negotiate complex transactions
- Analyze market trends using proprietary data analytics platform
- Cultivate relationships with developers, architects, and high-net-worth individuals
- Train junior brokers on luxury sales techniques and client management
- Oversee property staging and photography for premium listings
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury real estate brokerage experience
- Proven track record with $50M+ annual sales volume
- Valid NY State Real Estate License (S-61)
- Advanced negotiation skills for multi-million dollar deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Top Producer, LionDesk)
- Extensive network of HNW clients and industry partners
- Professional certifications (CIPS, CRS, or SRES preferred)
- Exceptional knowledge of Manhattan's luxury neighborhoods
