Responsibilities
- Manage $50M+ annual transaction pipeline for luxury residential properties
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners
- Conduct comparative market analysis for premium properties ($5M+)
- Lead property tours, negotiations, and closing processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to create bespoke listing campaigns
- Mentor junior brokers on market trends and transaction strategies
- Attend exclusive industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of luxury real estate experience in NYC
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- Current NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Exceptional knowledge of Manhattan's luxury market dynamics
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Professional certifications (CRS, CIPS, or equivalent preferred)
