In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from client acquisition and property valuation to closing. We offer a competitive commission structure, ongoing mentorship, and access to premier listings.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and open house events.
- Manage and market a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct thorough market research and provide accurate property valuations.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with buyers and sellers to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Coordinate with title companies, inspectors, and attorneys to facilitate smooth closings.
- Build and maintain a robust referral network.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate License (Broker's License required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in NYC.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, market trends, and financing options.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MLS systems.
