Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from initial consultation to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
- Conduct market analysis and property valuations using proprietary data tools
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and design professionals to ensure seamless transactions
- Represent firm at exclusive industry events and networking functions
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team strategy sessions
- Utilize CRM system to track client interactions and pipeline management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury residential real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual transaction volume
- Valid New York State Real Estate Broker license
- Exceptional negotiation skills and market knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in real estate transaction software (e.g., MLS, Dealix)
- Strong network of affluent client contacts in Manhattan
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
