Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for high-value properties

Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience in premium markets
- Proven track record of $5M+ annual transaction volume
- Texas Real Estate Broker license (active)
- Expertise in luxury residential, investment, and development properties
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Cloud MLS)
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Professional designation (e.g., CRS, SRES, or CCIM) preferred
