Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify high-potential investment properties
- Develop comprehensive financial models for acquisitions, developments, and portfolio optimization
- Lead stakeholder negotiations with institutional investors and property owners
- Oversee due diligence processes for multi-million dollar real estate transactions
- Design data-driven investment strategies aligned with client risk profiles
- Manage cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and property management
- Present investment opportunities to executive committees and investment committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment or advisory
- Proven track record in Manhattan/NYC property transactions valued at $50M+
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and financial modeling software
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Extensive network of institutional investors and property developers
- Exceptional presentation skills for high-stakes stakeholder communications
- Deep understanding of NYC zoning laws and regulatory frameworks
