Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years proven luxury real estate sales experience in top-tier markets
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation required
- Minimum $25M annual sales volume track record
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Chime, LionDesk)
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills

- Ability to work extended hours including weekends and evenings
