- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging luxury market opportunities
- Present complex market insights to stakeholders through executive dashboards and reports
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements with affiliated luxury brands
- Maintain proprietary market intelligence database and predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in luxury real estate analysis or high-value property valuation
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools (Reis, CoStar, Argus)
- Proven track record in $5M+ property transactions or portfolio management
- Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills luxury market dynamics and zoning regulations
- CFRP (Certified Financial Reporting Professional) or CCIM designation preferred
