Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain a robust portfolio of high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and active marketing strategies.
- Property Marketing: Utilize professional photography, staging, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively across multiple platforms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine accurate pricing strategies.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a valid and active Real Estate License in the state of Texas.
