- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and sellers through exceptional service and communication.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to provide accurate pricing strategies and investment advice.
- Property Marketing: Develop compelling listing presentations and leverage social media platforms to maximize property exposure.
- Negotiation: Expertly negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Closing Support: Coordinate with escrow officers, inspectors, and lenders to ensure a seamless closing process.
- Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools and networking events to consistently generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- License: Must hold a valid Real Estate License in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful residential sales experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MLS systems (e.g., MLS Connect) and CRM software (e.g., BoomTown, Salesforce).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client retention.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for property tours.
