Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions including valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and referral partners
- Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns using our proprietary virtual staging and drone photography tools
- Lead property tours and consultations, providing expert market analysis and investment guidance
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and inspectors to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Maintain active MLS listings with professional photography and virtual tour integrations
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging investment opportunities and pricing strategies
Qualifications
- Texas Real Estate License with minimum 5 years active experience in luxury property sales
- Proven track record of $2M+ annual transaction volume
- Expertise in Austin's premium residential markets (Tarrytown, Barton Creek, Zilker)
- Advanced negotiation skills with documented $500K+ single-transaction commissions
- Certification in Luxury Home Marketing (LHP) or equivalent designation
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., LionDesk, Wise Agent) and property valuation software
