Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client transactions for luxury residential and commercial properties
- Develop strategic marketing plans utilizing virtual tours, drone photography, and targeted social media campaigns
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive pricing strategies
- Negotiate complex contracts and facilitate smooth closing processes
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and referral partners

Qualifications
- Texas Real Estate License with minimum 5 years experience
- Proven track record of $2M+ annual sales volume

- Exceptional negotiation and client communication skills
- Strong network of affluent buyers and investors
