Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele
- Conduct competitive market analysis and strategic pricing
- Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and property inspectors
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and maintain client databases
- Lead property showings and virtual tours with professional presentation skills
- Negotiate complex contracts and secure optimal terms for clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-end residential real estate experience
- Proven track record of $5M+ annual sales volume
- NYC Real Estate Sales License required
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Luxe, Top Producer)
- Strong network of affluent clientele and industry partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) a plus
