- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure all legal documentation is processed correctly.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional reputation within the industry.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the New York City market, zoning laws, and neighborhood dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
