Responsibilities
- Manage full client lifecycle from consultation to closing for luxury residential properties
- Develop strategic property marketing plans utilizing virtual tours, drone photography, and targeted digital campaigns
- Conduct market analysis and comparative valuations for premium properties in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles
- Negotiate complex transactions with international investors and celebrity clientele
- Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and property inspectors for seamless closing processes
- Maintain exclusive relationships with luxury property developers and institutional investors
- Lead team training sessions on emerging market trends and negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate sales with proven track record
- Valid Florida Real Estate license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated multi-million dollar transaction history
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., LionDesk, Wise Agent) and digital marketing tools
